Lose the first 2 heart tricks, then take the lead with the ace on the third, and lead a spade. Try the finese and hope that the heart split is such that if the finese fails that that person doesn't have another heart. If the finese fails but that person doesn't have another heart, you can get the lead back and take all the rest.
