DESCRIPTION:
Tailored to fit beginners as well as those with “un poquito de” previous Spanish language experience, this class will include the most basic vocabulary, sentence structures and phrases essential for travel and casual conversation. Will you become fluent in six weeks? No, but you will have fun! The Academy’s spring term has three Spanish courses so that you can gain greater confidence in this musical and increasingly important language. Class is limited to 18. Is this class a fit? Required Reading: Participants must buy their own book: Dorothy Richmond, Practice Makes Perfect Spanish Verb Tenses, (McGraw-Hill), 2010. It’s usually under $15.
